Terms and Conditions
- The SDMC shall constitute a Chairman, General Secretary and (8 Eight) Members.
- The head of the school will be the (General Secretary).
- The SDMC shall meet at least once in 3 Month, the meeting time and place will be arranging by the G/Secy. and Chairman.
- The entire Member is compulsory to attend the meeting.
- The school development is depending on SMC activities and Ideology.
- No member shall carry out any developmental works for the school without the knowledge of the Chairman and the Gen.Secy.
- In case of any misunderstanding, the decision will be finalized by the Chairman, Managing Director (MD) and Principal (Gen.Secy.)
- Appointment of new staff will be made by the Gen. Secy. in consultation with the school recruitment Board.
- Transparency shall be maintained in financial matters.
- The SDMC shall deal with any dispute against the school in any circumstance.
- The SDMC member are not permanent committee member of the school, after every 2 years, SMC will conduct the Annual Meeting and Election of the New Leader.
- The SDMC member will consist of 2 members from the parents, 3 members from the school’s staffs and 1 member each from the Village Development and TMPK Jengraimukh majuli.
- The school is run and managed by the (SPTWD) Society for Promotion Tribal Welfare Development, headquarter Guwahati, Assam.
- The SDMC member will be reviewed in every after 2 years. (2018-2019)
